Our head office is located in Richmond Hill Ontario, however we service all of Canada. We are a virtual based company, which means we primarily offer our services online. Our practitioners work from home, unless the appointment booked is a in person appointment.
All appointments and consultations must be paid for when booking your appointments. You will be issued a receipt with the practitioners information and license number that you are then able to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Appointments can be canceled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking, and a full refund will be issued. For appointments canceled or missed within 48 hours of the appointment, they will not be refunded unless it was due to an emergency. We do reserve the right to request for proof of the emergency.
You can always choose from the practitioners that you prefer, as long as their schedule fits with yours.
We do not currently offer any provincially covered services. All our services are considered a fee for service.
