Booking Policy

All bookings must be paid for in advance.  

Receipts will be given for all appointments, that can then be billed to your insurance if you’d like.

Cancellations made within 48 business hours of an appointment will not be refunded.

Rebooking within 48 business hours of an appointment will be subject to a 50% fee of the service being provided.  If the patient completes their follow up booking, 50% of the fee will be reimbursed.

By utilizing our services, you agree to all the terms and conditions of our company.  

By utilizing our services, you agree to use our Zoom links for your appointments.  You understand that Zoom is not 100% secure and that you are sharing personal private information with our practitioners.  

Recording of any kind is prohibited during any sessions, without the express written permission of the practitioner and patient together. 

All conversations with our practitioners are completely confidential and our practitioners are bound by the rules of their governing authorities.
